Notes: Senior forward Karrie Danilecki continued her hot streak, as she notched her second career hat trick in NU's convincing win over conference rival Vermont. Vermont's best snipers could not get through a tough Husky defense that has rallied for seven shutouts this season. Northeastern dominated the field of play, netting 18 penalty corners and 45 total shots while keeping Vermont out of the circle for the entire game. Sophomore Jenn Foley and freshman Brett Norris both recorded the first points of their collegiate careers. The Huskies next take on Boston U. in a key America East matchup on Sunday.
