Parks has great speed and good coverage skills. He holds himself to a high standard and will make every effort to play well. He will be one of the cornerstones to the NU secondary. 2007: Started all 11 games for the Huskies at cornerback...was third on the team in tackles (63) and first in interceptions (2)...made his first interception of the season and returned it 13 yards against Northwestern State (Sept. 15)...also returned three kicks for 80 yards against the Demons...had seven solo tackles at UC Davis (Sept. 22)...made a career-high nine tackles at Delaware (Oct. 13)...picked off a pass in 31-13 win at New Hampshire (Nov. 3)...picked up half a sack vs. Hofstra (Nov. 10)...made a career-high 10 tackles at Rhode Island (Nov. 17)...in the spring for the NU track & field team, placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles at the CAA Championship. 2006: Made 40 tackles...played on both sides of the ball at Virginia Tech, making six tackles (five solo) and collecting his first collegiate reception...turned in four total tackles at North Dakota State; also returned six kickoffs for 137 yards...made six tackles vs. Maine...recorded interceptions in the final two weeks of the season, while racking up six tackles in the pair of Husky victories...for the NU track & field team, placed 11th in the 100-meter dash at the CAA Championship. 2005: Appeared in all 11 games as a freshman, making 14 tackles...recorded a career-high six tackles (all solo) in final game of the season at Rhode Island...also served on the special teams unit...competed in the sprints for the NU track & field team, including the fourth-place 4x100 relay at the CAA Championship.
