Gilmartin-Donohue has learned the offense well, and it showed when he made some big plays last season. He has good intensity and intelligence and should contribute positively this season.
2007: Appeared in 10 games as a backup tight end...made eight catches for 104 yards on the season...caught his first career pass at Delaware (Oct. 13)...made a 30-yard reception on the first play from scrimmage at Massachusetts (Oct. 20)...caught three passes for 27 yards in 31-13 win at New Hampshire (Nov. 3)...made a 36-yard catch at Rhode Island (Nov. 17).
2006: Redshirt season.
High School: Played football, basketball and lacrosse and was a captain of all three teams…earned All-League honors and All-Section honorable mention in football…two-time All-League selection in lacrosse.
