Huskies take Congram

Northeastern won the fifth rowing of the Congram Cup, beating Rutgers by a tick over eight seconds. With the win, NU remained undefeated in the cup, and increased their series lead over Rutgers to 31-5.

At the settle, the Huskies were down two seats, but by the 500-meter mark they had taken a five seat lead. By 1000, NU had a length and three quarter lead and by 1500 they had upped it to two and a half lengths. NU held this lead over the final 500 to seal the victory.

The win gives the Huskies a 3-0 record, and will set them up for an undefeated matchup with Harvard next weekend on the Charles.
