2004-05: Played in career-high 36 games, all at right defenseman...paired with fellow defenseman Chuck Tomes a team-high 20 times...finished tied for seventh on the team in scoring with a final line of 2-10-12...had two assists during NU's 3-3 tie against North Dakota on Oct. 30...assisted on Josh Robertson's game-winning goal against UConn on Nov. 5...scored first goal of the season in the second period of a 3-2 OT loss against No. 11 Boston University in the Beanpot Championship game...assisted on Ray Ortiz's fifth goal of the season in 5-2 to loss to No. 8 New Hampshire...scored eighth and final goal of NU's 8-3 rout of Massachusetts on senior day.

2003-04: Played in 26 games, skating 21 on defense before transitioning to forward for the final five games of the season...finished eighth on the team in scoring with a line of 2-11-13, which was a single-season career high...led Husky defenseman in scoring...NU was 6-1 when Awe had an assist and 6-3 when he registered a point...knocked in a rebound for a late goal against Massachusetts Jan. 29 in a 4-2 loss...assisted on Mike Morris’ power-play goal in NU’s 4-3 OT loss at Boston University Jan. 9...registered two assists in NU's 3-0 win over second-ranked Boston College Jan. 3...assisted on Ray Ortiz’ game-winning goal in the first round of the 53rd Annual Rensselaer/HSBC Holiday Tournament...notched first two-assist game of his career during NU’s 4-0 home victory over Princeton Dec. 13...scored third-period goal in 4-2 loss against Merrimack at Matthews Arena Oct. 24.

2002-03: Played in 22 games, including eight in Hockey East action...assisted on Chuck Tomes first career goal, which put NU ahead 2-0 in the first period, during a 3-2 loss at Massachusetts Jan. 24.

2001-02: Played in 25 games as a rookie...one of 13 Huskies named Hockey East All-Academic...first career goal came against St. Lawrence Nov. 24; also had an assist in the Huskies’ 4-1 win at Matthews Arena...scored a goal against Iona in 7-2 NU rout on Dec. 15...had an assist against UMass Lowell Jan. 18...had an assist against Providence Feb. 1.

Before NU: Played the 1999-00 and 2000-01 seasons with the Texas Tornado of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), along with current Northeastern teammate Jason Guerriero ...led all NAHL defensemen in scoring during the 1999-00 season with a scoring line of 13-25-38...named to the All-NAHL second team and the NAHL All-Rookie team...played in the NAHL All-Star Game...won the league’s Hardest Shot Contest during All-Star weekend with a blast of 92 miles per hour...helped the Tornado to the league championship in the 2000-01 season...led all league defensemen with 15 goals...again played in the league’s All-Star Game and was an NAHL second-team selection...also played in the NAHL Top Prospects Tournament.

Personal: Born April 23, 1980...enjoys working out and playing golf...follows the NHL’s Dallas Stars...majoring in Business Administration...hopes to graduate and then play professional hockey...Class of 2006.
