Before NU: Played three seasons with Burnaby (formerly Coquitlam) Express of the British Columbia Hockey League...in 2006-07, served as captain and was second on the team in scoring with a 32-72-104 line in 52 games, which ranked fifth in the BCHL...had five goals and 14 assists in the playoffs...named to the BCHL All-Star team and was a member of Team Canada West, which won the World Junior A Challenge...in 2005-06, tallied 30 goals and 50 assists for 80 points in 60 regular season games...was the BCHL leading scorer in postseason play, registering a 13-24-37 line and propelling Express to the BCHL league, Doyle Cup, and Coastal Division championships...named team’s Most Improved Player...also a member of the RBC Canadian National Junior “A” Champions...posted a 14-22-36 scoring line in 2004-05 for Coquitlam...team’s Most Improved Player...in 2003-04, played for the North Delta Flyers, posting 19-27-46 totals...attended St. Thomas More Collegiate High School where he played golf and basketball.
