Men's soccer announces signing of 12 student-athletes
April 22, 2005
Boston, Mass.

Northeastern head men's soccer coach Brendan Donahue is pleased to announce the signing of 12 student-athletes to the Class of 2010.

"This is a larger class than assistant coach Kyle Singer and I expected, but we are happy that we've been able to address some immediate needs as well as build a foundation for the future,” Donahue said.

“There were two major areas we felt we needed to address in this class: finding a player who can link the midfield and attack to increase our offensive production and recruit a goalkeeper who will be ready to take over for (senior keeper) Sergio (Saccoccio) after next season. I believe this group will address those needs and help our program move forward as we begin play in the Colonial Athletic Association."
