2006-07: Took first in the weight throw (17.08 m) in a win against Harvard on Jan. 6...placed third in the weight throw (17.45 m) at the Great Dane Classic on Jan. 19...finished second in the weight throw (58'4) at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games on Jan. 26...earned another second-place finish in the weight throw (56'3.5) at the Harvard Select Meet on Feb. 3...took first place in the weight throw (56'1.75) at the BU Multi-team meet on Feb. 5...took fourth at the New England Championship with a toss of 56'11.5 in the weight throw...placed seventh in the weight throw at the IC4A Championship with a toss of 59'2.75...outdoors, won the hammer throw (184'9) and finished ninth in the discus (117'3) at the Northeastern Spring Open March 24...won the hammer throw by more than 26 feet with a toss of 193'6 at the Snowflake Classic March 31...took fifth in the collegiate division of the hammer throw (184'4) at the Florida Relays April 6-7...finished third in the hammer (186'1) at the Solomon Invitational April 14...named CAA Champion in the hammer throw (187'3) at the CAA Championship....won the hammer throw (192'1) at the Brown Springtime Invitational...took 19th in the hammer throw at the NCAA East Regionals (183'4).
2005-06: An All-CAA performer after placing second in the hammer with a throw of 181’6 at the CAA Championship during the outdoor season...tossed the hammer a career-best 187’11 to place sixth at the IC4A Championship...also placed second in the hammer at the George Mason Spring Classic (173’6.75) and Brown Springtime Invitational (176’9)...placed eighth in the weight throw at the New England Championship with a throw of 53’3.5 during the indoor season...had a season-best throw of 53’7.75 in the weight throw to place second against Harvard.
2004-05: Improved all year before placing third in the hammer with a throw of 177’0 at the America East Championship, then tossing a season-best 183’4 for eighth at the IC4A Championship during the outdoor season...placed fourth in the hammer at both the Connecticut Open (164’1) and Solomon Husky Invitational (161’5)...during the indoor season, placed seventh in the weight throw with a season-best 48’10 at the America East Championship.
High School: Competed in track & field and was an offensive guard and defensive tackle in football for four years...served as captain of each team...All-American in the weight throw during senior year...earned All-Division and All-Class honors multiple times...team was state champ in 2003 and 2004...named All-Division and All-State in football...Academic All-American junior and senior year.
