2004-05: Finished first in the 400m (47.63) at the Great Dane Classic on Jan. 16...finished third in the 200 (22.07) and second in the 400 (48.2) at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games on Jan. 28...finished first in the 200 (21.38) and the 400 (46.76) at the America East Championships...outdoors, finished second in the 400 (48.57) at the Connecticut Invitational April 9...was named America East Track Performer of the Week for his efforts...took second in the 200 (22.19) at the Solomon Husky Invitational April 23...placed fourth in the 200 (21.74) at the America East Championship in Binghamton, N.Y...finished 12th in the 200 (21.76) and fourth in the 400 (47.74) at the IC4A Championship in Princeton, N.J.

2003-04: Posted eight wins in 10 individual races during the indoor season...set an NU record of 46.71 while winning the 400 at the New Balance Armory Collegiate Invitational...named Most Outstanding Track Performer at the America East Championship after setting NU and meet records while winning the 200 (21.45), winning the 400 (47.21) and anchoring the third-place 4x400 relay (3:17.34)...placed fourth in the 400 (47.12) at the IC4A Championship...outdoors, won the 400 (47.21) and ran on the winning 4x400 relay (3:18.03) at the Solomon Husky Invitational...named Most Outstanding Track Performer after winning the 200 (21.04) and 400 (47.46) and ran on the fourth-place 4x400 relay (3:16.09) at the America East Championship...won the 400 (47.47) and ran on the runner-up 4x400 relay (3:15.57) at the New England Championship...ran on the 4x100 relay team that placed second (41.06) at the IC4A Championship...placed 14th in the 400 (47.19) at the NCAA East Regional Championship.

2002-03: Indoors, set a Northeastern record of 21.70 seconds in the 200 in the dual meet against Harvard and set a new record of 47.06 seconds in the 400 meter trials at the IC4A Championship...ran a time of 47.36 in the finals to place 7th at IC4A’s...won the 200 (21.76) and 400 (47.47) and ran on the runner-up 4x400 relay (3:13.44) at the America East Championship en route to being named the meet’s Most Outstanding Track Performer...at the New England Championship, was runner-up in the 400 in a time of 47.73 seconds...outdoors, won the 400 at the Duke Invitational in a time of 47.12...won the 200 (21.81), was fourth in the 400 (48.24) and anchored the runner-up 4x100 relay at the America East Championship...was fifth in the 400 (47.32) and anchored the fifth-place 4x100 relay (41.62) at the IC4A Championship...was ninth in the 400 in an NU record setting time of 46.72 at the NCAA East Regional Championship.

2001-02: Indoors, won the 400 (48.47) and ran on the fifth-place 4x800 relay at the America East Championship...took fourth in the 400 (48.86) at the New England Championship...ran on the 4x400 relay team that qualified for finals at the IC4A Championship...outdoors, took third in the 200 (21.80) and sixth in the 400 (49.50) at the America East Championship...at the New England Championship a week later, took eighth in the 200 (22.60), ninth in the 400 (48.84) and anchored both the fourth-place 4x400 relay (3:16.01) and the fifth-place 4x100 relay (42.32).

High School: Named All-League, All-City, and Team MVP in 2001...selected Freshman Indoor MVP in 1997 and Sophomore Cross Country MVP in 1998...set Fordham Prep 600 record (1:22.47)...team was city champion in 2001; Bronx champions in 1997 and 1998.
