Jim Fahey (Men's Hockey): The captain of the men's hockey team was a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award, won the Walter Brown Award as the top American-born player in New England, was named first team All-American, All-New England and All-Hockey East. He was also named the top defenseman in New England. Fahey also became just the second defenseman in Northeastern history to lead the team in scoring, finishing with a 14-32-46 line. He established an NU single-season record for points by a defenseman and led all blueliners in the nation in scoring through the end of the regular season.
