Northeastern Athletics Broadcast Information

Northeastern Athletics will have its most extensive coverage ever during the 2008-09 season. There will be at least 15 live telecasts, over 100 radio broadcasts and, perhaps the most extensive coverage will be on GoNU.TV, which will have live web video for home games for football, men's and women's ice hockey, men's and women's basketball, field hockey, volleyball, men's and women's soccer and baseball.

Northeastern football and men's hockey will be broadcast on 890 ESPN Boston, WAMG 890 AM in the Boston area and WLLH 1400 AM in the Lowell area as well as on the web at espnboston.com this season. In addition, most games will also be aired on Northeastern's student station, WRBB 104.9 FM and on the web at wrbbsports.com. Many games will also be on television on Comcast SportsNet, NESN and ESPNU.

GoNU.TV: Most Northeastern home games for football, men's and women's hockey, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's soccer, field hockey and volleyball are live on GoNU.TV. You get live audio and video right on your computer when you can't make it to the games!

Football & Hockey: 890 ESPN Boston will be the home of Northeastern football and men's hockey during the 2008-09 season. Primary broadcasters will be Rob Rudnick (play-by-play) and Bill Doherty (color).

WRBB Sports
Football, Hockey & Basketball: All Northeastern football games as well as most men's hockey and basketball games during the 2008-09 season will be on WRBB Radio. Primary broadcasters will be Keith Lavon, Peter Martin, Alex Faust and Tom Giles.

All home games for football, hockey, basketball, soccer, field hockey, volleyball and baseball will have live video on GoNU.TV during the 2008-09 season. Select swim meets and crew races will also be on. GoNU.TV provides the most extensive live coverage of Northeastern sports, with nearly all home sports events carried live.

Comcast SportsNet
The football team will have four games televised live on Comcast SportsNet during the 2008 season: Sept. 27 vs. UC Davis, Oct. 4 at Towson, Oct. 11 vs. Massachusetts and Oct. 18 vs. New Hampshire.
