The Huskies lost their second straight tight game and took home a fourth-place finish in the Sun & Fun Tournament hosted by Florida International. The Huskies led 31-28 at the half, and extended their lead to as much as 12, 44-32, with 13:44 to play. But Tulsa started to take control. using a 20-8 run to tie the game at 52 with 5:27 left. With Tulsa ahead 59-55, Tesha Tinsley scored the last of her game-high 20 points to trim the lead to 59-58 with four seconds showing. Kasie Pittman made two free throws to secure the win for Tulsa.
