Baltimore native Tesha Tinsley made the final hometown appearance of her career a memorable one, netting 13 points and dishing out a career-high 10 assists to lead NU to a blowout win at Towson. The Huskies jumped out to a 21-10 lead and never trailed. Betsy Palecek scored 18 points to lead NU, while Wanda Almengot had 12. NU shot 55.4 percent from the field, its second-best effort of the year, while holding the Tigers to 29.4 percent, the second-worst of an NU opponent this year.
