Women's crew finish 2nd in Petite Final
On Saturday, the Huskies placed fourth in their semi-final heat with a time of 6:32.2, falling one spot shy of reaching the Grand Final. California won the race with a time of 6:23.8.
On Sunday morning, the Huskies finished second in the Petite Final, rowing the Mission Bay course in 6:37.1, finishing about a half-length behind Stanford, who finished at 6:35.8.
The Huskies will compete against Syracuse and Pennsylvania in the Orange Cup next weekend at Onondaga Lake in New York.

The Northeastern women’s crew team competed in the San Diego Crew Classic last weekend at Crew Point Shores in Mission Bay. The event put them up against several of the nation’s elite rowing schools.
