The Northeastern women's crew team finished second in the Petite Final and eighth overall at the Eastern Sprints at Cooper River in Camden, New Jersey.
In the morning trials, NU finished third with a time of 7:09.9, trailing second place Radcliffe (7:01.1) and winner Princeton (6:53.1). In the Petite Final, the Huskies were edged out by Columbia by less than a length length and finished second, crossing the line at 7:16.1 to Columbia's 7:12.8.
The Huskies will now prepare for the NCAA Championship at Lake Mercer in Mercer, New Jersey, which will take place May 26-28.
