Novice Huskies compete at Green Monster Regatta

The novice squads of the Northeastern women's rowing team competed in the Green Monster Regatta in Hanover, N.H. over the weekend. The regatta, which took place in the Connecticut River, featured novice boats from Dartmouth, Radcliffe, Boston University, UMass, Vermont and MIT.

The Huskies raced three boats in the regatta, which came in third, 12th and 15th out of 19 entries. The Northeastern A boat finished with a time of 16:29, not far behind Radcliffe, which finished second with a time of 16:27. Dartmouth took the regatta with a time of 16:07.

The Northeastern B and C boats finishes with times of 17:24 and 18:34, respectively. The Huskies will next compete in the Foot of the Charles on Nov. 17, in Boston, Mass.
