2008-09: Named Hockey East Mission Rookie of the Week Oct. 20...made 31 saves and earned second shutout of the season against Providence Oct. 18...Named Hockey East's Pure Hockey Defensive Player of the Week Oct. 13...made 40 saves and earned first career shutout by holding Bemidji State scoreless through regulation and overtime on Oct. 10...stopped 38 of 40 shots to help NU secure a 3-2 win over RPI Oct. 3.

Before NU: Swiss national team goalie for the past five seasons...Swiss Woman of the Year in 2007...two-time Swiss MVP...competed at the 2006 Olympic Winter Games in Torino, Italy and three World Championships...in 2008 led the Swiss to a fourth-place finish at Worlds, the team’s highest ever, and was the second-ranked goalie in the tournament...posted a 3-2-0 record and made 170 saves for a .919 save percentage and 2.95 goals against average...also recorded one shutout, one assist and one penalty...was the only goalie to play in every minute of every game including an overtime period and a shootout...made 29 saves in a 3-0 win over Germany...had 49 stops in a loss to Team USA and earned the sole assist on Switzerland’s goal in that game...made history by defeating reigning Olympic silver medalist Sweden 4-3 in a shootout...recorded 28 saves in the game and did not allow a goal in the third and overtime periods or in the shootout...held Russia to just one goal on 34 shots to lead Switzerland to the bronze medal game for the first time ever...made 34 saves in a loss to Finland in the bronze medal game....in 2006 competed for Switzerland at the Olympic Games as the team finished seventh...posted a .939 save percentage and a 2.40 goals against average in three games...spent 2003-05 playing for the ZSC Lions...became the first and only woman to ever play in the Swiss Men’s National B League.
