LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ - NU ended Rider's three-game winning streak Saturday, defeating the Broncs 4-0 and improving its record to 2-0 on the season.

The Huskies got the only goal they would need in the 24th minute when Liz Dyjack scored her second goal of the season on a penalty shot to put the Huskies ahead 1-0. NU added three more scores in the second half on goals by Kelly Smith (56:10), Shannon Dwyer (75:14) and Lisa Norlin (79:23), en route to the 4-0 victory. Norlin's goal, a header off an NU corner kick, was the first of her Husky career. NU outshot Rider by an overwhelming 33-6 margin. Shellie Parkinson recorded two saves in 77 minutes of action in the Husky net. Redshirt freshman keeper Cynthia Slowik saw her first action of the season in the match, recording one save in the final 13 minutes of play.
