The women's soccer team lost its first Colonial Athletic Association game of the 2007 season 2-0 to George Mason. With the loss the Huskies fall to 2-5-1 on the season.
The Patriots struck first midway through the first half with a goal from 18-yards out from Rachel Wiggins, her first of the season. They scored the second goal in the 35th minute when Sasha Vido centered the ball and L.J. Williams one-times it in.
Senior forward Dianna Mastromauro led the Huskies with two shots on goal and senior goalie Annie Petrofsky made two saves in the loss.
Northeastern heads to Towson for a 1 p.m. game Sunday.
