2008-09: Opened the cross country season placing 12th at the Dartmouth Invitational in 20:59.5...38th in the George Mason Invitational clocking it at 23:37...ran a time of 18:25 to place 18th in the New England Championship...placed 21st in the CAA Championship clocking with a time of 22:19 (6K)...took 107th in the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship in 23:45.9 (6K). Before NU: Attended Wake Forest for one year before transferring to Northeastern...during the 2007 cross country season, posted a 42nd-place finish in 18:47 at the BC Invitational at Franklin Park and placed 77th at the ACC Championship hosted by Virginia...took 96th at the NCAA Southeast Regional in 22.22 for the 6K course...at Newton North, competed in indoor and outdoor track for four years and cross country for one...two-time Boston Globe Runner of the Year and five-time Boston Globe and Boston Herald All-Scholastic...won state cross country championship in 2006 and ’04 and placed third in 2005...ran on outdoor state champ 4x800 relay in 2007...set Newton North records in the mile (4:57) and two mile (10:37) and ran on record-setting 4x800 and distance medley relays...team was 2004 indoor state champ...also played soccer one season.
